Shipping
Every order from Thriftalina is packed with care by hand — we're a small shop, and each piece matters to us. Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it home.

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $8 flat rate (free on orders over $100).

Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, responsibility for delivery belongs to the shipping carrier. Thriftalina is not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages the carrier marks as delivered but that you're unable to locate.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out — we're unable to reroute a package once it has shipped.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't find it, we recommend: checking around your property, mailroom, or with a neighbor; contacting your local USPS office or carrier directly; filing a missing mail search or investigation with the carrier; and reaching out to your payment provider about purchase protection.

If the carrier confirms your package was lost in transit or misdelivered, contact us with that documentation and we'll work with you toward a resolution.
