Because every piece we sell is vintage and secondhand, each one has lived a little life before it reaches you. Minor signs of wear or age are part of the charm, and we do our best to note and photograph any flaws honestly in each listing.

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and items can't be refunded once purchased — since each piece is one of a kind, we're not able to restock or resell it.

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, reach out within 3 days of delivery at shopthriftalina@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
